So last week I hit an important milestone on my blog…I have over 100 followers. I can’t get over this. I really appreciate all the love and support you guys have given to me. It means so much to me. I wasn’t expecting this to happen right now but I honestly am so excited.

This journey started off rocky because I would blog once in a while. Sometimes I wouldn’t blog for months. This year I decided to change that and made sure I was going to post more. I’m happy to say I post a lot more than I did last year and I am happy you guys continued to follow me when I didn’t. I’ve grown to love blogging. I find it so much fun and a great way to expression my opinions. It’s such a great feeling to know other people care what I have to say. I also really enjoy other people’s posts. I love seeing what other people have thought of books I’ve read and wished to read. I’ve also found out about so many great books.

I want to continue working to make my blog a better place. I also want to continue meeting more people. The book community has really forced me out of my shell. I went to Book Con (read about my experience here) last month and it was so great being around other book lovers. Please don’t ever hesitate to talk to me. I can be shy at times but I’m always eager to talk. I am so excited to see what the rest of the year brings.

Once again thank you all so much for everything. I love you guys so much!

      1. It’s crazy to think how I started a year ago and I didn’t post much now this year I try to get a post out once a week. It’s awesome having such amazing blogging buddies. Aw I can’t wait to see where your blogging journey goes as well!

    1. Aw yay that’s awesome! I hope you get to it! It took me a while to get to 100 but I can’t believe it finally happened. You will get there. It just takes hard work and patience.

  1. Big congrats on 100 followers on your blog – that’s a huge milestone!
I’ve only been book blogging for about 2 months now so I can definitely relate to the rockiness of the experience. I used to run a blog on art criticism, but it wasn’t really my thing.
Now that I’ve created a new blog completely devoted to book reviewing and expressing my bookish thoughts I’ve grown to love blogging beyond all measures that I would have ever deemed possible.
OMG – lucky I want to go to a book con so bad, but I always seem to somehow miss them, idk how.
I look forward to reading more from you in the future… Happy Reading! šŸ™‚

    1. Thank you so much it means a lot! It took a while to get here but I’m so happy. I feel like the one thing I learned from this is always try to stay active on here. I went months without posting and then my blog suffered. It’s been getting a lot better though.

Oh how interesting. Did you study art criticism in school or were you just really into it?

I’m glad you created a blog devoted to book reviews and bookish thoughts. I followed your blog and I really look forward to reading your posts and getting to know you!

I do hope one day you are able to go to Book Con. I see book festivals are becoming a lot more popular which is awesome! Hope you can make it out to one in the future!

Thanks again for all your support!
