Hey guys! It’s time for another Down the TBR Hole which was created by Lia @Lost In A Story! Wow I can’t believe I have almost done 30 of these and I still have such a long way to go. I have noticed I have been stricter on myself. I really want to get my TBR down. I also keep adding books to my list so I don’t forget them. When will this madness end! Alright let’s see what books I’m choosing to keep or get rid of.
- Go to your goodreads to-read shelf.
- Order on ascending date added.
- Take the first 5 (or 10 if you’re feeling adventurous) books
- Read the synopses of the books
- Decide: keep it or should it go?
The fact that I will be repeating this process every week means that I have to keep track of where I ended and where I’m going to continue. E.g. in week one I do book 1 – 5, in week two book 6 – 10, and so on, until I’ve filtered out my entire TBR.

This sounds interesting but then at the same time I don’t have that urge that I want to read it. I’m going to pass for now.

I’m going to give this book a try. The plot sounds really interesting to me.

The Program By Suzanne Young
I feel this is a series I should have started a while ago. It does sound interesting. It is categorized as dystopian which I’ve fallen out of love with. This one sounds different. Plus apparently a 6th book comes out next month. Maybe I’ll start this before then.

The Light Between Oceans By M.L. Stedman
I am not really sure why I added this one to my list. It might have been because they turned it into a movie. This book isn’t really up my alley of genres I read.

The Secret in Their Eyes By Eduardo Sacheri
Once again I think this was another book that was turned into a movie. I am seeing a theme here with this Down the TBR Hole. I reread the plot and it doesn’t really grab me. Maybe I will check out the movie first.

The plot of this book does not sound like something I’d be interested in. I’m going to pass on this one as well.

The Walls Around Us By Nova Ren Suma
I love the cover of this book. I have talked about it previously on my blog. There is just something about it. Plus the story seems interesting. I’ll give it a chance.

Pay It Forward By Catherine Ryan Hyde
I remember watching the movie for this a while back in school. I really love the concept of it. I’m going to try to read the book. I would like to rewatch the movie as well. I don’t remember it.

Sleeping with the Enemy By Nancy Price
I have to admit the plot for this is short but it grabs me. I am curious as to why she left her husband. I mean I kinda can assume why but I want more information.
