Currently Reading
Dry By Neal Shusterman and Jarrod Shusterman
So this is my O.W.L.S. Magical Readathon pick for Arithmancy. I recently picked this up in December because one of the publishers does a thing in December that each day leading up to Christmas they have a different book for you to read for free. So this was one of the books. I liked it but I didn’t end up fully paying attention so I stopped and decided I’d pick it up another time. So it ended up fitting into one of the categories for this readathon. I haven’t gotten that far in the book. I would like to finish it today but we shall see.
Recently Finished
Sadie By Courtney Summers
So this was a book I had been hearing a lot of people talk about last year. It ended up being a lot of people’s favorites. Plus everyone said the audiobook was a must. I ended up liking it. I could see what the hype was about but personally I didn’t feel it. I enjoyed Courtney’s writing and it’s such a heartbreaking story as well. I do have to say I wish the ending wasn’t open ended. I feel I would have liked it more. I should have a review up for this one soon.
Reading Next
Rough Riders Vol. 3: Ride Or Die (Rough Rider: Ride or Die #1-4) By Adam Glass, Pat Olliffe , Gabe Eltaeb , Sal Cipriano , Mike Marts
So I ended up making this my O.W.L.S. Magical Readathon pick for Defence Against The Dark Arts. The original book I picked, I ended up not liking. I am so excited to continue on with this series. It’s one I don’t hear about too own but it’s just so fun. I love how these are people you would never see put together but here it works. So I really enjoy that. I do hope more people end up picking up this series.
What are some books you read, finished, and plan on reading soon? Any of the books above? I would love to hear from you guys in the comments below!

Interesting take on Sadie. I’m not a great fan of hype – it scares me off a lot of novels. But I’m glad you still enjoyed it!
