WWW Wednesday: June 19th 2019

WWW Wednesday is a meme hosted by Sam @ Taking On a World of Words and to participate all you have to do is answer the three W’s listed below. Once you’ve posted your WWW, drop a link to your post in Sam’s comments <3’s!

The questions are:
1. What are you currently reading?
2. What did you recently finish reading?
3. What do you think you’ll read next?

Currently Reading

Lock Every DoorLock Every Door By Riley Sager

So I just started this two nights ago. I’m currently only 5% into the book. The main character is in the hospital right now so you don’t know what has happened yet. So I am very anxious to find out more. It’s also going between past and present which Riley Sager does in all of his books. I’m aiming to finish this before the release date which I think will happen. I have less than 2 weeks until it comes out, so plenty of time.

Recently Finished

Screen QueensScreen Queens By Lori Goldstein

So I had to read this for a blog tour I participated in. This book was pretty different from what I normally would pick up. I did end up enjoying it. It had such a great friend group dynamic. Plus the overall plot of the story was something I haven’t read about yet in YA so I really enjoyed getting a bit of a glimpse into the tech world. My review for it will be out next Monday.

Reading Next

Red, White & Royal BlueRed, White, and Royal Blue By Casey McQuiston

I am planning on buddy reading this with Jenna from J.K. I’m Exploring. This book has been getting a lot of hype within the last couple of weeks. I have heard such great things about it. I’m excited to read a cute contemporary. It’s been a little while since I read one so I can’t wait to switch things up. I have been reading a lot of mystery/thrillers so will be nice to take a little break. Plus I really would like to at least squeeze in one lgbt+ read in June. I think I’m finally out of my reading slump so I’ve been actually reading and wanting to read.

What are some books you read, finished, and plan on reading soon? Any of the books above? I would love to hear from you guys in the comments below!

 1. I recently finished Screen Queens and really liked it. Totally different from my typical read, but completely pulled me out of a reading slump. I am really interested to see your thoughts on Lock Every Door
