Blogmas Day 22: Ten Most Recent Additions to My TBR List

Hey guys! So I did this last year for a Top Ten Tuesday which is hosted by the lovely That Artsy Reader. I’ve added quite a bit of books since that last post so thought I’d share with you guys. So let’s dive in and see what books I recently added to my TBR.

Little SecretsLittle Secrets By Jennifer Hillier

So I honestly don’t know much about this book. All I do know is that I read Jennifer’s book, Jar of Hearts and really liked it. So I thought I’d put this one on my radar. I can’t wait to pick it up eventually and see what it’s about.

All Your Twisted SecretsAll Your Twisted Secrets By Diana Urban

So this book was described to be like One of Us Is Lying and Agatha Christie classics so I was sold. I don’t know too much about this one either. I try going into thrillers not knowing much. I feel the summaries can spoil the story sometimes. I actually have an e-arc of this so I’m excited to get to it closer to release date.

Eight Perfect MurdersEight Perfect Murders By Peter Swanson

Once again I don’t know much about this book. I just recently got into Peter Swanson so I’d like to check this out. I’ll probably aim to read his older books before getting to this. Thankfully I have some time since it comes out in March. I can’t wait to see what this is about.

The WivesThe Wives By Tarryn Fisher

So I actually know what this story is about. I have seen some mixed things about this book. People who I follow a lot for thrillers didn’t rate this as highly so I’m a little nervous to pick it up. I did almost try getting it from Book of the Month but decided against it. I think I will pick it up from the library at somepoint.

A Wicked MagicA Wicked Magic By Sasha Laurens

So this has been described as The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina meets The Craft. The Craft is a movie I really enjoy. It’s so creepy and just right up my alley. I don’t know much about The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. I did ask for the first volume for Christmas. So if I get that, I’ll be starting that quickly because I want to watch the show. I don’t know too much about this book beside that but I really like the cover. Hope to pick it up when it comes out.

You Are Not AloneYou Are Not Alone By Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen

Omg so I found out that these two have a book not that long ago! I am so behind! I loved The Wife Between Us by them and wasn’t a huge fan of An Anonymous Girl. I still am really excited for this book. Lucky for me I got an e-arc of it. So I really can not wait to get into this one. Probably will be picking it up in January.

The DilemmaThe Dilemma By B.A. Paris

So I’m sure you’re getting real sick of hearing this but I don’t know anything about this book either. This is a pretty common theme with thrillers/mysteries because I like being surprised. B.A. Paris is an author who I’ve read before and really enjoyed her books. So I had to add her new release to my TBR.

Gwendy's Magic FeatherGwendy’s Magic Feather By Richard Chizmar, Stephen King (Foreword), and Keith Minnion (Illustrator)

I read the first book to this story and really liked it. It was such a quick read. This one is a bit longer so I am so excited to see the story continue and what’s going to happen with Gwendy.

The Girl From the WellThe Girl From The Well By Rin Chupeco

So I found out about this book from Riley Marie‘s video. It sounded right up my alley. She said it was like The Ring and The Grudge. I was really into The Ring when I was younger so I felt like this be perfect for me. I started reading it for a book club. I fell behind and wasn’t fully paying attention. So I just ended up re-adding to my TBR. I can see myself reading it during Halloween next year.

The FuriesThe Furies By Katie Lowe

So this was another book that I found out from a youtuber. I found out about it from Becca & The Books. I can’t remember what it’s about right now but the way she described it, it sounded interesting. I haven’t really heard of this book so I’m very interested in checking it out.

I am really excited to get to these books. I hope I can get to them next year. A lot of new thrillers/mysteries that I’m really looking forward to. A full list of books I’m looking forward to in 2020 will be out soon. I’m trying to decide if I want to put it out during Blogmas or not.

Are any of these books on your TBR? Have you read any of these? What newest additions have you added to your TBR? I would love to hear from you!
