Currently Reading

Will My Cat Eat My Eyeballs?: Big Questions from Tiny Mortals About Death By Caitlin Doughty

So I have put this one on hold for right now. I have some other books I need to get to. I feel right now I would rather read this in physical copy. My birthday is next month so definitely looking to pick up the physical copy then. I am really enjoying this. I’m finding it entertaining and informative.

Kingdom of the Wicked By Kerri Maniscalco

I am so excited that Kerri Maniscalco is working on a new series. The moment I heard about this I jumped on the opportunity to read it. I am a part of the blog tour. My post will be going up on October 7th. I am enjoying it so far. I can’t wait to read more since I just started last night.

I just finished this spooky anthology which I really enjoyed. I was intrigued right away from the cover. I ended up enjoying majority of these stories. Some I wasn’t a fan of or needed more from. I did find some new authors who I can’t wait to read more from. I feel this is a great nostalgic read. If you want to here more on my thoughts and see what I thought of each story, you can check my review HERE.

Reading Next

Cirque Berserk By Jessica Guess

I am so excited to finally pick this up. I feel I have been going through a bit of a reading slump. I haven’t been in the mood to really read as of late. I have been enjoying listening to audiobooks more lately. I am pushing myself to read though. This is a novella I am really excited for. It’s a slasher book and it’s for Bex’s Book Club Attack of the Killer Book Club. She has been hyping this one up. I am hoping to read it all in one day. I can’t wait!

What are some books you read, finished, and plan on reading soon? Any of the books above? I would love to hear from you guys in the comments below!

  1. I just got my copy of Will My Cat Eat My Eyeballs? in the mail. I always liked reading her books physically over audibly, I never tried on an ebook though. I think my next books is going to be The Only Good Indian or Frankenstein.

    1. I definitely want to get the psychical copy to enjoy the drawings that are in the book. They were very cute. Oh I can’t wait to hear what you end up thinking of both those books. I feel I need to read the original Frankenstein.
