Hey guys! I am finally doing my last Try A Chapter post that I started during Blogmas. Yes, I am 100% a mess. This has been long overdue and I have been slacking. I ended up not doing my last post for Blogmas. Then I decided to take a break in January. I’m trying to get back into things. Slowly but surely. Thankfully I’ve been reading and I feel at the end of the day, that’s all that matters. So let’s dive in to see what chapters I read.

Blogmas Day 18: Netgalley Arcs I Need To Read #5

Hey guys! So I figured it was time for another Netgalley update. I am still backed up on e-arcs. I do have some on my TBR for the next couple months. I have decided if I don’t read the ones from the last couple years then I won’t worry about reviewing them. I keep saying I want to get on top of my e-arcs and I keep slacking. This year has been a mess so I’m giving myself a pass. So let’s dive in to see what arcs I need to read from Netgalley.

July Wrap-up

Hey guys! In the last couple of months I feel that I ended up hitting a bit of a slump. I am thankful that during June I ended up coming out of that slump. I felt like I ended up reading quite a lot of books in July. In the last couple of months I found myself wanting to only listen to audiobooks. I couldn’t really focus on actually reading. I finally have gotten back into my groove. Let’s dive in and see what I ended up reading in July!

Hey guys! So I thought it would be fun to make a list of 20 books I’d like to read in 2020. These are all books that either I own or I have an e-arc of that I never ended up getting to. I have a lot of books on my shelf and I want to focus on reading those. Yes there are a lot of other books I want to read as well. I just want to make some room on my shelves for new books. I did end up reading a couple of the ones that were on the last. There are some I still need to get to. I also have a lot of new ones I requested. So I’m very excited to share with you my list! Down The TBR Hole #8

Hey guys!! It’s time for another Down the TBR Hole which was created by Lia @Lost In A Story! Lately I’ve been adding some new releases to my TBR list and it’s starting to go back to the number I started with. So it’s that time once again to hopefully clear some books. I hope it turns out better than last week. Last week I only got rid of 2 books. Let’s see how this goes!

• Go to your goodreads to-read shelf.
• Order on ascending date added.
• Take the first 5 (or 10 if you’re feeling adventurous) books
• Read the synopses of the books
• Decide: keep it or should it go?

The fact that I  will be repeating this process every week means that I have to keep track of where I ended and where I’m going to continue. E.g. in week one I do book 1 – 5, in week two book 6 – 10, and so on, until I’ve filtered out my entire TBR.
