Hey guys!! I am doing Try A Chapter again for December. I haven’t decided if I’ll be doing it for the whole month or just until Christmas. I think I might do it up until Christmas but I will see. If things are too busy I probably won’t continue doing it. I know last year I did this up until December 30th. So let’s dive in to see what chapters I read through this week.

Try A Chapter #4
Hey guys! I am finally doing my last Try A Chapter post that I started during Blogmas. Yes, I am 100% a mess. This has been long overdue and I have been slacking. I ended up not doing my last post for Blogmas. Then I decided to take a break in January. I’m trying to get back into things. Slowly but surely. Thankfully I’ve been reading and I feel at the end of the day, that’s all that matters. So let’s dive in to see what chapters I read.
My February TBR
Hey guys! Wow it has been a long time since I have written a TBR post. This month I have some buddy reads and just had some books I really wanted to get to. So I decided why not post a TBR. I feel in the past couple of months I haven’t really had a set TBR. My reading has been all over the place. I also have been in the mood to physically read which has been so nice. The past couple of months have mainly been me listening to audiobooks and pushing myself to physically read. I’m really glad to see that’s changed. I have read two books so far this month so I’m not going to include those on this list. You will see those in my wrap-up. So let’s dive in and see what I’m reading in February!
Blogmas Day 18: Netgalley Arcs I Need To Read #5
Hey guys! So I figured it was time for another Netgalley update. I am still backed up on e-arcs. I do have some on my TBR for the next couple months. I have decided if I don’t read the ones from the last couple years then I won’t worry about reviewing them. I keep saying I want to get on top of my e-arcs and I keep slacking. This year has been a mess so I’m giving myself a pass. So let’s dive in to see what arcs I need to read from Netgalley.

Hey guys, it’s time for another Top Ten Tuesday hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. The theme for this week is Books On My Winter 2020-2021 TBR. In my last couple posts I feel I mentioned I haven’t really been sticking to a TBR. I am usually more on top of that. So these are books I’m leading towards reading. I do hope to get to majority of these. So let’s dive in to see what books I hope to read.

Blogmas Day 13: Books I Didn’t Get To In 2020
Hey guys! Wow I honestly can’t believe that 2020 is almost over. This year has been such a weird one. There have been some books I read that honestly felt like I read them years ago. I did make a list at the beginning of the year where I talked about 20 books I wanted to read this year. Unfortunately I didn’t get to majority of those. I feel in previous years I usually make TBRs and follow through. This year I wasn’t in the mood for that. I do hope next year ends up being better in general. Anyway for this list I wanted to talk about some 2020 releases I was excited for but didn’t get to. So let’s dive in!

Synopsis: Bestselling and award-winning author Lisa Unger returns with her best novel yet. Reminiscent of the classic Strangers on a Train, Confessions on the 7:45 is a riveting psychological thriller that begins with a chance encounter on a commuter train and shows why you should never, ever make conversation with strangers.
Be careful who you tell your darkest secrets…
Selena Murphy is commuting home from her job in the city when the train stalls out on the tracks. She strikes up a conversation with a beautiful stranger in the next seat, and their connection is fast and easy. The woman introduces herself as Martha and confesses that she’s been stuck in an affair with her boss. Selena, in turn, confesses that she suspects her husband is sleeping with the nanny. When the train arrives at Selena’s station, the two women part ways, presumably never to meet again.
But days later, Selena’s nanny disappears.
Soon Selena finds her once-perfect life upended. As she is pulled into the mystery of the missing nanny, and as the fractures in her marriage grow deeper, Selena begins to wonder, who was Martha really? But she is hardly prepared for what she’ll discover.
Expertly plotted and reminiscent of the timeless classic Strangers on a Train, Confessions on the 7:45 is a stunning web of lies and deceit, and a gripping thriller about the delicate facades we create around our lives.

Author Bio: Lisa Unger is the New York Times and internationally bestselling author of eighteen novels, including CONFESSIONS ON THE 7:45 (Oct. 2020). With millions of readers worldwide and books published in twenty-six languages, Unger is widely regarded as a master of suspense.
