The Lowest Rated Books I’ve Read

Hey guys! Today I’m going to be posting about the Lowest Rated Books I’ve Read. I’ve been seeing this trend go around on the blogs and I believe maybe on Booktube too? I wish I knew who started it. If anyone knows, please let me know. I would love to give credit where the credit is due. I’m so curious to see what is on this list. I’m going off of goodreads. Looking at a glance I have some books I added from 2014 so I will be skipping those. I want to keep it within the last couple of years. Let’s dive in!

April Wrap-Up

Hey guys! I am so excited to bring you my wrap-up for April. I’ve been doing so much reading this month. I’m very surprised since I did just start a new job right at the beginning. However, this has been allowing me to get a lot of reading in, so I can’t complain. I’m also not super stressed right now as I was with my old job. I think that really helps and actually makes me want to read more. So let’s dive in and see what I read!

My Favorite Books of 2022

Hey guys! I have been on a hiatus since February 2021. I can’t believe I haven’t posted in that long. In 2021 I ended up starting a new job. It was a new adjustment for me. I didn’t have the energy to blog and I also wasn’t reading as much. Since then, I have started another new job. I feel it gives me the opportunity to write blog posts. I don’t know how often I’ll be posting but I’m just happy to be back. I’ve been thinking about writing a post for a while now. I have to say though, I’m very rusty at writing reviews, so please bare with me. Anyway, I decided to start my first blog post off with my favorite reads of 2022. So let’s dive in!

Blogmas Day 18: Netgalley Arcs I Need To Read #5

Hey guys! So I figured it was time for another Netgalley update. I am still backed up on e-arcs. I do have some on my TBR for the next couple months. I have decided if I don’t read the ones from the last couple years then I won’t worry about reviewing them. I keep saying I want to get on top of my e-arcs and I keep slacking. This year has been a mess so I’m giving myself a pass. So let’s dive in to see what arcs I need to read from Netgalley.

Blogmas Day 8: Netgalley Arcs I Need To Read #4

Hey guys! So last time I updated you on Netgalley Arcs I needed to read it was last year for Blogmas. So I figured I would update you again this Blogmas. So let’s dive in to see what those e-arcs are. Continue reading “Blogmas Day 8: Netgalley Arcs I Need To Read #4”

June Book Haul

Hey guys!! So I have to say June ended up being a really good haul month for me. I went to Bookcon where I got most of these books and I also made some trades as well. I only purchased one other book outside of Bookcon. I think for the next couple of months I’m going to try to slow down on buying books. I have so many I collected this month and the last month. I really need to crack down and I also have a bunch of arcs from Netgalley to get to. So let’s dive in and see what I got. Continue reading “June Book Haul”

Down the TBR Hole #30

Hey guys! It’s time for another Down the TBR Hole which was created by Lia @Lost In A Story! It’s officially my 30th post of Down The TBR. It’s been so much fun going through and getting rid of my books. I’m almost under 600 books which is so great. Maybe I can get under 500 by the end of the year. Now let’s see how today goes.

  • Go to your goodreads to-read shelf.
  • Order on ascending date added.
  • Take the first 5 (or 10 if you’re feeling adventurous) books
  • Read the synopses of the books
  • Decide: keep it or should it go?

The fact that I will be repeating this process every week means that I have to keep track of where I ended and where I’m going to continue. E.g. in week one I do book 1 – 5, in week two book 6 – 10, and so on, until I’ve filtered out my entire TBR. Continue reading “Down the TBR Hole #30”
