Mid-Year Book Freak Out Tag

So I have been seeing a lot of people doing this mid-year freak out tag. It was created on youtube Chami & Ely. I thought it would be really fun to do. Yes I am freaking out a little bit but I’d like to share with you guys my reading experience so far for half of 2018. I am interested to see how I feel at the end of the year. So let’s dive in! Waiting On Wednesday: The Death of Mrs. Westaway

The Death of Mrs. WestawayThe Death of Mrs. Westaway By Ruth Ware

Genre: Mystery, Thriller, Fiction, Suspense
Pages: 384 pages
Release Date: May 29nd 2018
Publisher: Gallery/Scout Press

Plot: On a day that begins like any other, Hal receives a mysterious letter bequeathing her a substantial inheritance. She realizes very quickly that the letter was sent to the wrong person—but also that the cold-reading skills she’s honed as a tarot card reader might help her claim the money.

Soon, Hal finds herself at the funeral of the deceased…where it dawns on her that there is something very, very wrong about this strange situation and the inheritance at the center of it.

Full of spellbinding menace and told in Ruth Ware’s signature suspenseful style, this is an unputdownable thriller from the Agatha Christie of our time.

Why I Need This Book: I am a huge Ruth Ware fan. She is an auto buy author for me. I’ve been hearing really great things about this book. Plus the plot seems really interesting. I really can’t wait to get my hands on this when it comes out.

Have you gotten to read this early? If so what are your thoughts on it? If not, are you guys interested in picking this book up? I would love to hear your thoughts on it. I seriously can’t wait for it to come out!
