Hey guys, so I’m sure you’ve been seeing a lot of these posts going around. I am super excited to announce that I will be participating in the OWLS Magical Readathon which is hosted by the lovely G @ Book Roast. Here is the announcement video for this years readathon.
This is a readathon I’ve wanted to participate for a while now. I just never did. So this is new to me but I am very excited about it. I know this year G really went above and beyond. She made a whole booklet which has all the prompts for the readathon, which you can find here, as well as requirements for wizarding careers, which you can find here, for the NEWTS readathon that happens in August.
So for this readathon I did pick a career. I decided to pick the Auror career. It sounded really badass and just something I knew I would never do if had the chance. Hey guys! It’s time for another Down the TBR Hole which was created by Lia @Lost In A Story! Wow I can’t believe I have almost done 30 of these and I still have such a long way to go. I have noticed I have been stricter on myself. I really want to get my TBR down. I also keep adding books to my list so I don’t forget them. When will this madness end! Alright let’s see what books I’m choosing to keep or get rid of.
- Go to your goodreads to-read shelf.
- Order on ascending date added.
- Take the first 5 (or 10 if you’re feeling adventurous) books
- Read the synopses of the books
- Decide: keep it or should it go?
The fact that I will be repeating this process every week means that I have to keep track of where I ended and where I’m going to continue. E.g. in week one I do book 1 – 5, in week two book 6 – 10, and so on, until I’ve filtered out my entire TBR. Continue reading “Down The TBR Hole #27” →
