Blogmas Day 17: My Disappointing Reads of 2021

Hey guys! I am coming with you today with my disappointing reads of 2021. I’m trying to do all my sad/upsetting posts before the week of Christmas. I want to post all the happy posts then. I want to keep the vibes happy the week of Christmas. This post I am talking about books I looked forward to reading and didn’t end up enjoying as much. I do feel there might be some unpopular opinions. There is mainly one book I am thinking of *cough* Addie LaRue *cough* I was so hyped for that book. Anyway, let’s dive in and see what the other books are and why I didn’t like them.

Blogmas Day 11: My Most Anticipated Books of 2022

Hey guys!! I can’t get how December is just flying by. I swear so many things have happened this year that feel like they happened years ago. Overall it’s been a decent year. One of the things I look forward to is getting hyped for the new books of the new year. I have to say I haven’t been super up to date with what’s coming out. I haven’t been on Twitter a lot lately. I feel like I usually find out about new releases from Twitter. YouTube does help me out a lot with new releases as well. I do try to look up my favorite authors every once in a while to see. Sometimes things just slip through the cracks. So here are some of my most anticipated books of 2022 that are on my radar. Let’s dive in!

My February TBR

Hey guys! Wow it has been a long time since I have written a TBR post. This month I have some buddy reads and just had some books I really wanted to get to. So I decided why not post a TBR. I feel in the past couple of months I haven’t really had a set TBR. My reading has been all over the place. I also have been in the mood to physically read which has been so nice. The past couple of months have mainly been me listening to audiobooks and pushing myself to physically read. I’m really glad to see that’s changed. I have read two books so far this month so I’m not going to include those on this list. You will see those in my wrap-up. So let’s dive in and see what I’m reading in February!

Hey guys! Wow I honestly can’t believe that 2020 is almost over. This year has been such a weird one. There have been some books I read that honestly felt like I read them years ago. I did make a list at the beginning of the year where I talked about 20 books I wanted to read this year. Unfortunately I didn’t get to majority of those. I feel in previous years I usually make TBRs and follow through. This year I wasn’t in the mood for that. I do hope next year ends up being better in general. Anyway for this list I wanted to talk about some 2020 releases I was excited for but didn’t get to. So let’s dive in!

Down the TBR Hole #38

Hey guys! It’s time for another Down the TBR Hole which was created by Lia @Lost In A Story! I finally got under 600 books last week. I am so happy. I have been hoping this would happen for weeks now. Next goal is to get under 500 but that’s going to take some time. So let’s dive in to this week.

Down The TBR Hole #13

Hey guys! It’s time for another Down the TBR Hole which was created by Lia @Lost In A Story! It’s been two weeks since I did my last Down The TBR Hole. I am so sad because I know I could have been under 700 by now but it’s okay. I’m hoping after this one I can get it down to the 600s. So let’s do this!

• Go to your goodreads to-read shelf.
• Order on ascending date added.
• Take the first 5 (or 10 if you’re feeling adventurous) books
• Read the synopses of the books
• Decide: keep it or should it go?

The fact that I  will be repeating this process every week means that I have to keep track of where I ended and where I’m going to continue. E.g. in week one I do book 1 – 5, in week two book 6 – 10, and so on, until I’ve filtered out my entire TBR.
