Hey guys! It’s time for another Down the TBR Hole which was created by Lia @Lost In A Story! Yesterday I was scheduled to write a post so this week I changed the schedule of when I post this. Last week ended up being a great week because I got rid of 6 books off my TBR list. So I was really happy about that. I’m excited to see how this week goes. Let’s see how this goes!
- Go to your goodreads to-read shelf.
- Order on ascending date added.
- Take the first 5 (or 10 if you’re feeling adventurous) books
- Read the synopses of the books
- Decide: keep it or should it go?
The fact that I will be repeating this process every week means that I have to keep track of where I ended and where I’m going to continue. E.g. in week one I do book 1 – 5, in week two book 6 – 10, and so on, until I’ve filtered out my entire TBR.
This Is How You Lose Her By Junot Diaz
This book has a lot of mixed reviews. It also just doesn’t seem like something I would be super interested in reading.

I think I’m past my Sara Shepard phase. I still want to read All of Pretty Little Liars but I think I am going to pass on this series. Plus I have no idea about the sequel will be coming out.

Finding Jake By Bryan Reardon
This is a book I know I’m going to forget about if I keep it on my TBR. I honestly didn’t remember it was on there until just now.

Inside the O’Briens By Lisa Genova
This is a book I saw has good ratings from people I actually trust. So I’m going to keep this on my list.

Welsey the Owl: The Remarkable Love Story of an Owl and His Girl By Stacey O’Brien
This sounds like such a cute story. I can’t pass up the chance to end up reading it

The Hand That Feeds You By A.J. Rich, Amy Hempel, Jill Ciment
From what I’m reading from people from goodreads. It seems like this book has potential but it still has a lot of flaws. I think I’m just going to skip it.

Into The Darkest Corner By Elizabeth Haynes
This is a book I’ve been wanting to get for a while now. It’s randomly in the back of my mind but I just haven’t picked it up yet.

In the Unlikely Event By Judy Bloom
This is a book I added to my list because it was a new Judy Bloom book. I reread the plot and it’s not something I really have much interest in.

Notorious By Allison Brennan
This is a book I randomly ended up receiving. I’m not really sure how tbh. I just know this is a series I have no interest in reading. So I’m not going to bother with this one.

Behind Closed Doors By Elizabeth Haynes
I accidentally ended up picking up the second book in this series. I have been wanting to get the first book for a while but I just haven’t yet. I hope to pick up a copy soon.

I have into the darkest corners too. Ive been debating whether or not to get rid of it or keep it. I cant wait to hear what you think of it.

I’ve heard so many great things about the author. I feel I haven’t read any of her books because I want to read Into the Darkest Corners first. I just need to pick up a copy of it.
